Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Shipping Methods:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers to ensure safe and speedy delivery. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our homepage for current offers!

Where We Ship:
Currently, we ship within the contiguous United States.

Warm Weather Warning:
Our candy loves cool, dry places. If you live somewhere extra warm or your package will be sitting outside, we recommend keeping an eye on your tracking to bring it inside as soon as possible.

Order Issues:
Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. However, if you have a problem with your order, email us at sweet.candy.co.sd@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll do our best to help!

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
